Heaven Skincare celebrates its Royal Warrant at its Telford headquarters

A Shropshire skincare business that began with one beauty therapist and her own acne treatment has reached a royal milestone. Heaven Skincare has unveiled its Royal Warrant on the front of its Telford headquarters, a couple of months after being granted the honour by Queen Camilla.

Founder Deborah Mitchell was joined by Councillor Eileen Callear, Mayor of Telford and Wrekin, to mark the moment. "It's such a pinch me moment," said Deborah. "To receive the Royal Warrant in the first instance was incredible, but to now see the Warrant in situ on the front of our HQ, is something I'm so proud of."

Deborah founded the business in 1995 and has been Queen Camilla's facialist for more than 20 years. When she first trained as a beautician, she created her own skincare solution to heal her acne, and that experience shaped her mission to help others feel comfortable and confident in their skin.

The brand is known for formulas such as its Bee Venom Mask and its patented ABEETOXIN (bee venom) and NETTATOXIN (nettle venom) ingredients. Its range is cruelty-free, and the company says it sources ingredients ethically, uses fully recyclable packaging and still crafts every product in the Shropshire countryside.

Alongside the skincare line, Heaven offers advanced salon treatments and professional training through the Heaven Training Academy. Deborah still works at her flagship salon in Shifnal, which first opened its doors in 1995 and is home to her team of beauty therapists.

Heaven Skincare remains independently owned and a family affair. Deborah runs the business with her daughter, director Ella Cox. "Revealing the Royal Warrant on our HQ is the start of the new elevated era of Heaven Skincare," said Ella, who said new product lines were in development.

Deborah thanked customers old and new for their continued support. "I've always been passionate about developing products and treatments that can help people regain their confidence," she said.
